Best AR Moment: Winning division at POCAR 2004 - after 48 hours of racing we sprinted the last 400 meters because a team was hot on our heels.
Worst AR Moment: Dropping the map at POCAR 2003 and having to walk a ton of extra miles to retrieve it. Then subsequently quitting that race.

Running and martial arts training in high school, rock climbing and whitewater kayaking in college.
Why I adventure race?
To push my physical and mental limits in the middle of the wilderness
Best mountain bike location?
Tahoe Rim Trail - Brockway Summit to Tahoe City.
My favorite trail for running?
Peavine Peak trails, Reno, Nevada
Favorite food when I am racing?
Gels. They get the job done.
What's in my water bottle during races?
Water. Sometimes Infinit Nutrition powder.
